During the past few weeks, my daughters, Stephanie, Renee, and I have had the privilege to meet you. When we entered your salon, your kindness and sincere intention to serve your clients' needs impressed us. 
 
When Renee and I met you both, we had just finished consulting with Ms. Jen Richards concerning her intentions to style and color my hair. Today, I write to commend her outstanding expertise, commitment to client satisfaction and interpersonal skills. 
 
Both my daughter Stephanie and I made appointments with Jen for hair care. Each of us was completely satisfied with the results. Jen truly deserves praise for giving each client appropriate time. Jen takes personal pride in her skills and exemplifies sincere interest in her clients' intention. She discusses how best to fulfill their personal objectives. 
 
After I informed Jen that I had experienced forty-six chemo treatments and could not color my hair for a year, she proceeded appropriately with color and foils. She took particular care with color selection and style, especially after I had also told her that other stylists just chopped away arbitrarily at my recent curly hair. 
 
Jen cut and styled my hair beautifully so that I no longer felt like a chemo patient. When I left your salon, I can say with probity that this is the first time in years that I actually felt that someone competent had cut and colored my hair. During this process, Jen exemplified a kind, pleasant, amiable demeanor, so that I was truly comfortable. 
 
Jen deserves commendation for her consummate skills, pleasant, appropriate demeanor and empathy for her clients. She truly is an asset to Atmosphere Salon.
