Medical Restrictions At the time of your visit, we will ask that you complete a simple medical information form. Certain medical conditions, medications, allergies or sensitivities may require that we customize a spa service for you.

Arrival Time Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first service is scheduled to begin. This will allow sufficient time for you to change into spa attire and relax for a few moments in our quiet area to transition from the hectic pace of the outside world to the serenity of the spa world.
Service and Product Knowledge During spa services, you will be completely covered, with only the area receiving attention left exposed. You will be re-covered as the therapist moves to another area of attention. Disposable undergarments are available for body treatments. Prior to any of our spa treatments, Atmosphere’s professionals will advise you about the products and techniques best suited for your visit.
Cancellations Please provide our staff with a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Children For our child’s protection we ask that they are not left unattended during your stay.
Gift Certificates A gift certificate to Atmosphere is always cherished as a holiday gift, birthday present, anniversary present, employee reward, special occasion, or thank you. The elegant design of our gift certificate compliments the thoughtfulness of your gift. Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. Every gift certificate is accompanied by this brochure, which contains detailed descriptions of our services. You may call us at 970-0909 to purchase a gift certificate for pick up or to be mailed out at a later date.
Corporate Accounts Atmosphere has corporate accounts that allow special discounts and services at the employees of the business. Please call Helen Kimble to find out more information about our corporate program.
Spa Lunch and Dinner menus are available in addition to our complimentary refreshments. Please ask your artistic director or spa professional for one.
